Students are introduced to skatepark safety, park etiquette, basic ramp awareness, body position, balance, pumping foundations, and confidence-building skills in a supportive beginner-friendly environment.
This class is designed for skaters who are new to skatepark skating, not brand-new to skating overall.
Who it is for:
Skill level: Beginner Skatepark. Basic skating skills required.
Age group: Adults 18+ only.
Prerequisite:
Take Learn to Skate 101 or Beginner Fundamentals: Balance, Stride & Control first, or have equivalent comfort rolling, balancing, stopping, and following safety directions on skates.
Class length:
70-90 min
Skaters must have their own Skatepark-safe quad roller skates. Coach will assess your skates at the class.
Protective gear required (Helmet, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads & Wrist Guards). Skatepark-appropriate protective gear is required. Padded shorts are strongly recommended.
Private coaching option:
Yes - private option available for this class: 60-min $195, 90-min $245, 60-min semi-private $220 total.

Class Cancellation & Credit Policy
All RollerCademy class purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
For standard RollerCademy classes, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time may receive a class credit toward another eligible RollerCademy class.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, late arrivals, and no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or class credit unless RollerCademy approves an exception.
Class credits have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible RollerCademy classes.
