The Riedell Model 595 is a durable all-leather roller skate boot that provides a great combination of comfort and performance. The boot features full-grain leather uppers and a comfortable Chinook leather interior. The moisture-resistant heat moldable counters in the arches and outside quarter of the right boot provide reinforcement, support and protection. The ankle snug tie keeps your heel from slipping in lieu of the traditional power strap to focus the fit in the ankle rather than the top of the foot and alleviate pressure points. The Model 595 has a lace-to-toe design and is built on our standard medium Alpha last, which some may find a bit too wide if they have a narrow profile foot.
Sure-Grip brings you the next generation in plate design, the Avanti. Offered here in Magnesium, this 10 degree double action plate is built to last. With our exclusive use of magnesium in plate construction, we’ve crafted a sleek hollow design to give skaters performance and durability without sacrificing lightness.
We’ve made mounting easy by including four mounting holes in the front of the plate to aid in mounting different boot types. Mounting hardware included.
The Avanti Magnesium Plate includes a newly designed precision adjustable pivot truck that can withstand the intensity while giving you balance and durability, both the truck and plate are powder coated with a white finish. The Avanti Aluminum Plate includes a standard fixed pivot double action truck, both polished aluminum.
Plates will come with black axle nuts and mounting hardware. Also include are Sure-Grip super cushions, 4 conical and 4 barrel, 5/16" axles (8mm).
Magnesium alloy plate (white plate) is roughly 48% lighter than the aluminum version (Aluminum plate). We do recommend the use of bearing washers and bearing spacers depending on the type of skating being done. (not included). Comes with Carrera adjustable toe stops.
Cannibal Speed wheel with voodoothane technology and an aluminum core for maximum speed indoors. 62mm x 42mm wheels made in the USA and sold in an 8 pack.
We recommend using bearing spacers and wheel spacers with this product.
Due to the nature of the material and how it is produced some variations in consistency is normal. This will include but not be limited to tiny bubbles or material color variations.

Men: True to size
Women: We recommend going one and a half sizes up from your normal shoe size for best fit and comfort. Also, if you plan to wear a sports insole or regular thickness sock.
