How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship out within 24 hours of your order (weekdays). We do our best to insure that all orders are shipped within 3 days.
How long is the transit time?
Here are some general guidelines.

How do I return or exchange an order?
Exchange Policy

Most skates may be returned for a different size or upgraded to a different skate unless otherwise noted in the description.

The skates must be unworn and in brand-new, excellent condition in their original box.

The purchaser is responsible for all exchange shipping charges regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping.

For skates, the charge is $25 and includes both the shipping back to us and the return shipping to you. We will email you a shipping label for your return. Non-skate exchanges will be figured based on items.

There is no re-stocking fee for exchanges.

For skates, you may purchase the Exchange Fee, and we will email you your Return Authorization number, a packing slip to include inside the box, and the shipping label (if purchased).

For non-skate exchanges, please contact us. We will send you the cost of shipping, and once you approve the charge, we will email you a packing slip and the address to send your products to.

There is a $10 fee to replace damaged skate boxes. Please package carefully. Either place the skate box into another box, or wrap in shipping paper. Do not affix shipping labels nor shipping tape to skate box.
Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.

There is a 7% restocking fee for all skates returned for a refund.

Shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether the skates were sent originally with Free Shipping. Please email us for the address to send the skates, a Return Authorization Number and a packing slip.

Skates for which you have selected the components separately, added to the shopping cart and had mounted.

Items that clearly state in the description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

Mounted plates.
If you are ordering a skate that is not returnable we would like to suggest that we ship you the boots in your shoe size for you to try onunless you have been sized for this boot at your local rink . You would then ship them back to us to either be mounted, or you would indicate a different size to be mounted.
All Other Items:
All items must be in excellent, like new condition to be accepted for an exchange or refund.
The original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Please email the tracking number to us to avoid delay in processing your return or exchange.
Once custom, premium or special order boots have been cut they cannot be cancelled. After 24 hours of placing your order, no changes may be made to the boots.
Refunds can be expected to be received within 14 business days of approved and processed return.
